Senior Administrative Assistant
Our client, a well-established organization in the property management industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide high-level administrative assistance to leadership and office teams. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys being a key contributor to a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and property management teams
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and office documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal departments
- Assist with vendor coordination, contract tracking, and invoice processing
- Support property operations by helping organize maintenance requests, work orders, and service follow-up
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office communications
- Monitor office supplies and help maintain efficient day-to-day office operations
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or a related industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Experience supporting senior-level staff or multiple team members preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with property management software or related systems
- Experience working with vendors, tenant communications, and operational documentation
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
Compensation
