Contract Administrator
A growing software company is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the full administrative lifecycle of contracts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will be heavily focused on contract intake, tracking, routing, execution, and record management, with significant day-to-day use of Ironclad. As a Contract Administrator with the legal team, you will actively collaborate with all business units to facilitate the contracting lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative aspects of the contract lifecycle from request intake through execution and storage.
- Serve as a primary user of Ironclad for contract workflow management, routing, approvals, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate contract requests with internal stakeholders, including legal, sales, procurement, finance, and business teams.
- Maintain accurate contract records, templates, metadata, and documentation within Ironclad.
- Monitor contract status, key dates, renewals, expirations, and required follow-up actions. .
- Support document collection, signature processes, and final execution workflows.
- Assist with reviewing contracts for completeness, formatting, and required approvals prior to execution.
- Help ensure consistency and compliance with internal contract processes and company policies.
- Generate reports and provide updates on contract pipeline activity, turnaround times, and outstanding agreements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve contract administration processes and system usage.

- Prior experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contract Specialist, or similar contract support professional preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Ironclad is required.
- Strong understanding of the contract lifecycle and related administrative workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with contract management systems, Microsoft Office, and document management tools.
- Must be able and willing to work on-site.
