Receptionist

We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to manage front office operations for a team in Bloomington, MN. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a role that blends customer service with administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them appropriately

Answer and route incoming calls and messages

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Manage appointment scheduling and conference room bookings

Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

Assist with data entry and document preparation

Support internal communications and office coordination

Provide general administrative support to various departments

Requirements:

Demonstrated front desk or administrative experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Comfortable handling confidential information

Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
