Graphic Design Presentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Presentation Specialist to support our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling presentations and creative assets that support commercial proposals, partnership opportunities, and key internal initiatives. Ideally corporate experience in PowerPoint but not required.

Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Operations, you will serve as a critical partner in delivering high-quality presentation materials. This position requires a strong design eye, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into polished, client-ready deliverables.

What You’ll Do

Presentation Design & Development

• Build high-impact presentations by turning strategic direction into clear, engaging visual stories

• Create custom slide layouts and maintain consistency across decks through strong design fundamentals (spacing, alignment, hierarchy)

• Organize and present commercial data, partnership information, and messaging in a clear and compelling way

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight and shifting deadlines

• Ensure all materials meet a high standard of quality, accuracy, and visual consistency

Visual Content & Mockups

• Source and select high-quality, brand-aligned imagery for use in presentations and proposals

• Translate concepts into clear creative direction, including building detailed briefs for internal design teams

• Act as the main point of contact for mockup creation, managing feedback and revisions through completion

• Create visual mockups independently when needed using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Integrate visual assets seamlessly into presentation materials with strong attention to detail

• Maintain an organized library of approved assets, imagery, and templates

Team & Operational Support

• Provide ongoing support to the Commercial Operations team as priorities evolve

• Stay current on presentation design trends to ensure materials remain modern and competitive

Qualifications:

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in presentation design, visual content creation, or a related field

• Experience in sports, entertainment, media, or another fast-paced commercial environment is a plus

• Strong portfolio showcasing PowerPoint work with a focus on design quality and technical execution

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (required); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

• Strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color, and hierarchy

• Ability to select imagery thoughtfully to match tone and messaging

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality

• Ability to translate ideas into clear creative direction and manage projects through revisions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Experience collaborating with internal creative or design teams

Compensation

$65,000.00-$75,000.00 Yearly
