Junior Financial Analyst

A growing healthcare organization is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis. This role provides excellent exposure to executive leadership and offers a strong career path for someone looking to grow within finance and analytics.

The successful candidate will assist with financial reporting while helping leadership make informed business decisions through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and operational trends
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and forecasting models
• Support revenue and expense analysis projects
• Compile data for management presentations

Reporting & Decision Support

• Maintain financial databases and reporting tools
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Support ad hoc financial projects and analysis requests
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 1–3 years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
