Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and help ensure a positive employee experience. This role will assist with onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and general HR coordination while supporting compliance and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day human resources operations and administrative processes
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities
• Maintain accurate employee files, records, and HR databases
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
• Assist with scheduling interviews and supporting recruitment activities
• Help prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence
• Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations
• Respond to employee questions and provide general HR support

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or a related role
• Familiarity with HR processes, employee records management, and onboarding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience with benefits administration or recruitment coordination preferred
