Legal Administrative Assistant

Our client, a mission-driven legal program supporting children and families, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide part-time, temporary support. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a flexible environment. The role offers approximately 10+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the intake line, including routing inquiries and capturing key information
• Provide Spanish-English translation support for client communications as needed
• Assist attorneys with general administrative tasks and case support
• Maintain organized records and track basic case or intake activity
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth program function

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish (required)
• Prior administrative or legal support experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or low-volume environment
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
