Sr. Trust Administrator

Compensation: $140 to $160 Yearly

We are looking for a Senior Trust Administrator to join a respected firm specializing in wealth management in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in client-facing environments and have extensive knowledge of trust and estate administration. The position focuses on providing personalized service to families while managing intricate fiduciary relationships and financial matters.

Responsibilities:
• Administer and oversee trust and estate accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in all transactions.
• Manage account activities such as distributions, cash flow operations, and asset transfers.
• Collaborate with investment, tax, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Support investment-related processes, including reporting and executing trades.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and safeguard the integrity of client records.
• Provide insights and recommendations on fiduciary matters to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to trust accounting principles and estate planning strategies.
• Facilitate communication with clients to address inquiries and provide updates on account status.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting fiduciary services and implement necessary updates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in trust administration, estate settlement, and fiduciary services.
• Strong understanding of trust accounting, investments, and estate or gift tax concepts.
• Proven ability to excel in a client-facing role within wealth management or financial services.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Familiarity with financial planning, portfolio administration, and charitable remainder trusts.
• Proficiency in managing trust accounts and handling fiduciary operations.
• Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and trust-related legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

Compensation

$140,000.00-$160,000.00 Yearly
