Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is seeking a full-time Wealth Services Assistant & Concierge to support its service-centered financial services program. This hybrid role serves as both a backup front-line concierge and a backup sales assistant/processor, helping ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for credit union members engaging with Liberty Wealth Services. This position is located at 1900 Hirschland Road, Evansville, IN 47716 and will require exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will deliver a high-touch member experience, while also supporting advisors with administrative, operational, and client service responsibilities. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members engaging with Wealth Services, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Greet members, answer incoming calls, and respond to emails in a timely, knowledgeable, and service-oriented manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage advisor calendars to ensure efficient coordination.
  • Take thorough and accurate messages and ensure prompt follow-up.
  • Educate members on Wealth Services offerings, including financial planning, investment management, and retirement solutions.
  • Direct member needs to the appropriate service area when necessary.

Administrative and Operational Support:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and the Wealth Services team.
  • Prepare client files, onboarding materials, and account documentation prior to appointments.
  • Assist with completion and processing of paperwork following client meetings.
  • Process mail, type memos, order supplies and maintain documentation workflows.
  • Maintain CRM data, member marketing lists, and tracking systems.
  • Assist with report creation and data management.

Advisor Support and Processing Backup:

  • Assist advisors with pre-meeting preparation, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Support servicing needs of clients both before and after appointments.
  • Act as backup support for sales assistants and processors during peak times or staff absences.
  • Help ensure timely and accurate completion of client service requests and account maintenance.

Marketing, Events and Seminar Support:

  • Assist in planning and administering client/member seminars and events.
  • Coordinate logistics including invitations, room setup, materials, and attendee tracking.
  • Partner with credit union marketing and vendor partners to support campaign execution.
  • Maintain organized tracking of seminar metrics and engagement results.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong problem-solving skills required.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or a client-facing service role preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools preferred.
