Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Manager to provide administrative and operational support to our business development and sales teams. This role is responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, supporting client communications, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales processes.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and business development teams.
  • Maintain and organize sales documentation, records, and client files.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with client onboarding and account setup processes.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and generate reports as needed.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline updates, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
  • Assist with contract administration and document management.
  • Support special projects and initiatives related to business growth and client retention.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support, business administration, customer success, account coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with CRM systems preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
