Responsibilities

The Client Program Specialist 1 is responsible for supporting clients through effective communication, process adherence, and operational execution. This entry-level role focuses on learning and applying foundational processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting both internal teams and external partners. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication & organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Communicate with clients using established protocols-manage client tickets through Salesforce
  • Participate in client calls and follow up on action items as directed
  • Document and escalate client issues appropriately
  • Develop foundational knowledge of client programs & workflows

Operational Execution

  • Follow established operational procedures for routine tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • Create and maintain documentation using standardized templates
  • Support tracking and reporting of basic service level metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and respond to requests promptly
  • Provide support to team members as needed
  • Share knowledge of basic processes and refer to documentation when appropriate


Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and work within structured processes
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Preferred

  • Experience in bill review, workers' compensation, claims, client service environments
  • Experience with Salesforce

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $19.00 - $20.67 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
