- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations, contract requirements, and project objectives.
- Provide technical leadership, review work for quality and accuracy, and guide project teams through all phases of delivery.
- Serve as a primary client contact on assigned projects, helping define requirements, manage expectations, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Maintain professional licensure and stay current on applicable codes, standards, fire and life safety requirements, and federal design criteria.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a degree in architecture from an NAAB-accredited program or equivalent experience, and hold an active architectural license in good standing.
- Have 10 years of architectural experience, including work on major projects or multiple moderate-sized projects, with federal project delivery experience.
- Bring project delivery experience, including scope development, budget and schedule coordination, team leadership, and execution across multiple assignments.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building codes, zoning, fire and life safety requirements, construction documentation, and the tools used to support project delivery.
- Exercise sound professional judgment, communicate clearly, and build effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex project challenges.
- Due to federal contract requirements, this position is limited to candidates who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional credentials such as LEED AP, PMP, or NCARB certification.
- Experience with federal planning, renovation, or mission-critical facility programs for military or civilian agency clients.
