Key Responsibilities:
As an Interface Engineering Marketing Coordinator, you will be a valued member of the Marketing Team, working both independently and collaboratively to implement firm-wide marketing initiatives. You will coordinate and develop proposals, produce collateral, maintain marketing data, and participate in networking events in the best interest of the company. Duties and responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
As an Interface Engineering Marketing Coordinator, you will be a valued member of the Marketing Team, working both independently and collaboratively to implement firm-wide marketing initiatives. You will coordinate and develop proposals, produce collateral, maintain marketing data, and participate in networking events in the best interest of the company. Duties and responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Collaborating closely with firm leadership to coordinate and produce high-quality proposals and qualifications. Utilization of corporate templates, extracting data from CRM database, writing, and editing narrative, completing proposal layout, and delivering materials in a timely manner.
- Identifying, researching, and tracking marketing pursuit opportunities.
- Maintaining marketing records and data in our CRM database.
- Preparing and maintaining various marketing materials as directed.
- Maintaining a library of digital assets and collateral.
- Writing project descriptions and content for a variety of marketing uses.
- Working collaboratively with the Marketing Team.
- Representing Interface at industry and project pursuit related meetings online and in-person.
- Preparing and submitting industry survey data and award submissions.
- May assist with planning and logistics for internal and external events
- Providing overall administrative support to marketing efforts.
*Please note, this is NOT a Digital Marketing or Graphics Design-focused position.
What You'll Bring:
Required
- College degree in marketing or related field or a minimum of two (2) years' equivalent marketing experience.
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with a wide variety of people.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- A current driver's license and good driving record. Local travel required.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing in the AEC consulting and building design industry.
