About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Specialist – Residential to join our Residential division. Reporting to the National Trade Manager, this field-based role supports territory growth through strong end-user engagement with Paslode products.

What You’ll Do

Make a difference:  Drive territory growth by engaging builders, apprentices and end users to deliver the Paslode value proposition and convert demand.

Innovate and solve problems:  Identify customer needs, demonstrate product solutions on-site, and position value beyond price to win in a competitive market.

Collaborate:  Partner closely with channel representatives and the field sales team to execute joint calls, trade events and strategic account plans.

Continuous Improvement:  Build builder databases, expand brand partnerships, and deliver apprenticeship engagement programs to strengthen long-term brand loyalty.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven ability to build relationships and influence end users and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver training and product demonstrations
• Self-driven, resilient and adaptable with a passion for achieving results in a field-based role
• Commercial acumen and experience executing account or territory plans
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
