VP of Product Engineering
This is a build-the-future leadership position — not a maintenance role. As VP of Product Engineering, you’ll serve as a hybrid Engineering and Product leader, owning both how products are built and helping define what gets built. You’ll influence platform direction, engineering culture, and the technical decisions that drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product & Engineering Leadership: Partner with Product to shape strategy and translate market needs into a clear, actionable roadmap. Act as a key voice of engineering with executives, customers, and stakeholders.
- Cloud Strategy: Lead multi-cloud architecture and initiatives across platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Drive modernization, migration, and scalable system design.
- AI Enablement: Guide development of AI-driven features and promote the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.
- Operational Excellence: Establish strong SDLC processes, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance metrics to enable scalable, high-quality delivery.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a distributed engineering organization, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-focused culture.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years leading managers
- Deep experience with multi-cloud environments and large-scale infrastructure or migration initiatives
- Proven success scaling engineering teams and implementing best practices (SDLC, DevOps, quality standards)
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered features and leveraging AI tools in development workflows
- Strong product mindset with experience contributing to strategy and roadmap decisions
- Background in enterprise SaaS and distributed engineering teams
