Sales Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls with care, direct inquiries appropriately, and create a positive first impression for clients and partners.
• Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings for team members, ensuring schedules are organized and appointments are confirmed accurately.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document organization, filing, and general office assistance.
• Assist with arranging team lunches and other onsite logistical needs to help maintain an efficient work environment.
• Use Microsoft Teams and related office tools to support communication, scheduling, and internal coordination.
• Maintain a detail-oriented onsite presence at all times and represent the team with strong business etiquette in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree is required.• Prior experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a similar office-based role.
• Ability to handle inbound calls confidently and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and standard administrative office functions.
• Detail-oriented demeanor and adherence to workplace standards.
Compensation
