Office Services Associate

Compensation: $20.90 to $22 Hourly

We are looking for an Office Services Associate to support daily administrative operations for a client site in Seattle, Washington. This Contract position focuses on document production, mail handling, and general office support while helping maintain a responsive and detail-oriented workplace experience. The role is well suited to someone who can manage multiple priorities, work accurately with confidential materials, and deliver dependable service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing work logs and confirming that all job instructions are complete before processing tasks.
• Provide day-to-day support across copy, scanning, printing, mail distribution, and document intake activities in both physical and digital formats.
• Organize assignments by urgency and service expectations to ensure work is completed and delivered within required timeframes.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors or client contacts regarding deadlines, job status, and any issues that may affect completion.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on office equipment and replenish paper, toner, and related supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
• Check completed work for accuracy and presentation quality, and contribute to maintaining high standards across team output.
• Handle sensitive files and business information with discretion while following site procedures and company policies.
• Assist with additional front-office or workplace support functions, including reception, hospitality, or audio/visual coordination, as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in office services, copy center support, mailroom operations, or a similar administrative environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Good organizational skills and close attention to detail when managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work with confidential documents and make sound decisions within established procedures.
• Basic problem-solving ability, including knowing when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate it.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Compensation

$20.90-$22.00 Hourly
