Call Center Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls in a courteous, timely, and detail-oriented manner throughout the workday.
• Record call details, messages, and relevant follow-up information in a shared spreadsheet with a high level of accuracy.
• Open and maintain case records in Salesforce to ensure customer issues are properly documented and tracked.
• Gather essential information from callers to support clear communication and efficient case handling.
• Provide helpful assistance to customers while following established call center service standards.
• Keep documentation current and organized so team members can easily access needed information.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in call center customer service or a similar customer-facing support role.• Ability to manage inbound calls professionally while maintaining attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of customer service software and data entry practices.
• Comfort using basic office tools, including spreadsheets and standard business applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable case management systems.
• Understanding of Ethernet and general technical terminology is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document information clearly.
Compensation
