Human Resources (HR) Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day human resources activities for the duration of the assignment, ensuring timely and accurate support across key HR functions.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including coordinating job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting staffing decisions.
• Oversee employee onboarding to create a smooth and organized introduction for incoming employees.
• Administer open enrollment activities and respond to employee questions related to available benefits options.
• Support payroll processing by reviewing information for accuracy, coordinating updates, and helping resolve payroll-related issues.
• Maintain benefits administration tasks, including employee enrollments, changes, and general plan support.
• Ensure HR records and documentation are handled accurately and in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address employee matters and provide practical guidance on HR processes.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience serving in an HR Manager or similar human resources leadership role.• Strong background in HR administration across multiple functional areas.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting and employee onboarding activities.
• Hands-on experience supporting open enrollment and benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and related coordination responsibilities.
• Ability to manage a short-term assignment independently and prioritize competing deadlines effectively.
• Prior experience in a comparable organizational setting is required.
Compensation
