ERP/CRM Configuration SME

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Configuration SME to support enterprise application setup, optimization, and ongoing administration in Madison, Georgia. This role will focus on shaping efficient business workflows across core finance, procurement, and order management functions while ensuring platform configurations align with operational needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of systems knowledge, technical documentation skills, and hands-on experience with scripting, integrations, and platform customization.

Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and enhance ERP and CRM modules to support day-to-day business operations and evolving process requirements.
• Map and design end-to-end workflows for Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash to improve process consistency and system effectiveness.
• Gather business needs from stakeholders and translate them into clear functional specifications and business requirement documents.
• Develop and refine client-side scripting solutions to extend application functionality and improve user experience.
• Support configuration management activities, including change tracking, testing coordination, and controlled deployment of updates.
• Build and maintain API-based integrations that enable reliable data exchange between business systems and related platforms.
• Partner with technical and functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and recommend scalable configuration solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience configuring and supporting ERP and CRM platforms in a business environment.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash process design.
• Proficiency in creating business requirement documents and translating operational needs into system solutions.
• Hands-on experience with client-side scripting for application customization.
• Knowledge of configuration management practices and controlled change implementation.
• Experience developing or supporting API integrations across enterprise applications.
• Background in Salesforce development or related CRM platform customization.

Compensation

$120,000.00-$130,000.00 Yearly
