Account Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Manage and refresh client account records in company systems to maintain complete and accurate information.
• Prepare recurring monthly reports as well as tailored reporting requests to support client and business needs.
• Maintain account-related platforms and records, ensuring data integrity and reliable access to customer information.
• Facilitate or support client education sessions that help users understand processes, tools, and available services.
• Work closely with sales and account management partners to address client questions and strengthen overall service delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, meet client requests, and support ongoing account needs.
• Assist with the setup and onboarding of new clients, helping create a smooth and organized start to the relationship.
• Conduct outbound communication with clients to increase engagement, encourage product adoption, and reinforce account value.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting customer accounts, client success, or account coordination in a business environment that requires strong attention to detail.• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and other core accounting processes.
• Ability to perform account reconciliation tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable preparing reports, organizing account data, and maintaining records across business systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead or assist with client-facing training and support conversations.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, account management, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Proficiency in general accounting functions and administrative support related to customer accounts.
Compensation
