HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Support employees and managers by addressing workplace questions, resolving routine HR issues, and guiding employee relations matters with sound judgment.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, facilitating orientation steps, and ensuring a smooth start to employment.
• Administer core HR processes and maintain personnel records, ensuring information is accurate, current, and handled confidentially.
• Assist with benefits-related activities such as enrollments, employee inquiries, and updates connected to eligible programs.
• Manage and update employee data within the HRIS to help maintain reliable reporting and compliant recordkeeping.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure HR paperwork, status changes, and employee documentation are completed in a timely manner.
• Help monitor HR policies and procedures by supporting consistent application across employee interactions and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting employee relations activities in a detail-oriented HR environment.• Working knowledge of human resources administration, including documentation, record maintenance, and employee support.
• Hands-on experience coordinating onboarding activities for new employees.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and responding to employee benefit-related questions.
• Proficiency using HRIS platforms to enter, update, and track employee information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and discreetly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
