Social Creative Producer
Responsibilities:
• Define and steer the creative voice for paid social initiatives across multiple client accounts, ensuring messaging stays consistent, distinctive, and aligned with campaign goals.
• Evaluate concepts before launch, refining ideas to strengthen audience appeal, platform fit, and performance potential.
• Partner with media and strategy teams to interpret campaign outcomes and apply learnings to future messaging, formats, and creative decisions.
• Lead ideation for creator-led and social-first campaigns, developing fresh concepts tailored to how audiences engage across platforms.
• Source and work with creators and influencers whose style, audience, and content approach support brand objectives and conversion goals.
• Prepare creative briefs, messaging structures, and content guardrails that give internal teams and external partners clear direction.
• Oversee creator deliverables to ensure assets are designed for effective paid social placement and distribution.
• Produce quick-turn creative updates, including edits to hooks, captions, cuts, and formats, based on performance feedback and testing needs.
• Plan and run social-focused shoots, capturing and editing short-form photo and video assets designed for high engagement on social channels.
• Use AI-supported tools and documented testing frameworks to accelerate iteration, uncover insights, and maintain creative consistency across paid and organic social direction.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience producing social content and leading creative development for paid digital campaigns.• Strong understanding of content strategy, including how messaging, format, and audience behavior influence performance.
• Ability to create platform-appropriate concepts for social channels with attention to cultural relevance and brand alignment.
• Experience writing clear creative briefs and guiding creators, influencers, or cross-functional teams through production.
• Hands-on editing capability for short-form social assets, including rapid revisions and multiple content variations.
• Familiarity with performance-driven creative testing and the ability to use campaign insights to improve future content.
• Working knowledge of creator collaborations and social production workflows from concept through delivery.
• Comfort using emerging AI and creative tools to streamline production and support iterative content development.
Compensation
