Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Program Director and partner teams, helping priorities move forward smoothly and efficiently.
• Organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure leaders and stakeholders are informed and prepared.
• Greet visitors and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming experience for internal and external contacts.
• Draft, edit, and proofread letters, reports, and program-related documents to maintain a high standard of accuracy and presentation.
• Support communication and event logistics by preparing materials, coordinating details, and following up on action items.
• Enter data, maintain records, and keep physical and digital filing systems current, orderly, and easy to access.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial paperwork by reviewing information carefully and updating documentation as needed.
• Handle general clerical and front-office duties, including phone support and other administrative tasks that help the office operate effectively.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or clerical support role is required.• Demonstrated history of reliability and steady employment in previous positions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across a variety of audiences.
• Proven ability to manage details carefully when preparing documents, maintaining records, and entering information.
• Experience reviewing or supporting budget-related materials with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency with common office software, scheduling tools, and standard administrative systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Service-oriented, collaborative, and dependable approach to supporting leadership and team operations.
Compensation
