Office Services Associate
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and clients, assist with entry, and provide courteous front-desk support throughout the day.
• Prepare and distribute a daily office bulletin while helping maintain clear internal communication for onsite staff.
• Replenish pantry items, organize supply storage areas, and monitor inventory so shared spaces remain fully stocked.
• Perform light copying, scanning, and document support tasks, coordinating with offsite resources when larger reproduction work is needed.
• Keep conference rooms, reception areas, and other common spaces neat, orderly, and ready for use.
• Provide day-to-day office assistance such as opening doors, responding to routine requests, and helping staff with basic workplace needs.
• Use computer-based tools, including Microsoft Outlook, to manage communications and complete assigned administrative tasks accurately.
• Participate in onsite training during the initial ramp-up period and apply guidance provided remotely as needed to become fully effective in the role.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• At least 1 year of general office, office services, reception, or administrative support experience.
• Proficiency with computers and comfort learning new systems and procedures quickly.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook and basic digital document handling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a detail-oriented, approachable manner.
• Ability to work independently, stay reliable, and manage responsibilities with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to a new office setting, and support a range of routine operational tasks.
Compensation
