UX Copywriter

Ecommerce UX Copywriter (Ecommerce) - 6 month contract, 40 hours a week, Starts ASAP! Must have retail and ecommerce experience!

Seeking an Ecommerce UX Copywriter to craft clear, conversion-driven website copy that aligns with brand voice and enhances the customer journey. This role partners closely with marketing, creative, and SEO to deliver seamless, high-impact digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit website copy across content pages, landing pages, navigation, and CTAs
• Translate brand voice into consistent, polished, and persuasive digital messaging
• Optimize microcopy to improve conversion and reduce friction across key user journeys
• Partner with marketing and creative leadership to align campaign messaging
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in product storytelling
• Collaborate with SEO to naturally incorporate keywords without compromising tone

Requirements

• 3–6 years of copywriting or UX writing experience (retail or ecommerce)
• Strong ability to capture and apply brand voice and guidelines
• Experience writing for ecommerce product pages and conversion-focused environments
• Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility digital environments
