Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and update daily service assignments to ensure technicians are routed effectively and work orders are accurately tracked.
• Arrange service appointments, confirm scheduling details, and keep field staff informed of changes throughout the day.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism while providing timely, courteous support to customers.
• Follow up on customer requests, provide status updates, and help resolve issues through clear and consistent communication.
• Maintain organized dispatch records and use computer-based systems to support service coordination and logistics activities.
• Adjust priorities quickly as business needs shift, ensuring urgent requests are addressed without disrupting overall workflow.
• Build working knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers and support dispatch decisions.
• Help maintain an orderly office environment and contribute to general administrative upkeep as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience in dispatching, service coordination, or a customer service environment with frequent phone communication.• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-moving workplace while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong customer service skills with a patient, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable using dispatch platforms, call handling systems, and standard office computer applications.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency with consistent follow-through on open requests and service updates.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, office staff, and field technicians.

• This is an on-site role and is not available as a remote position.
Compensation
