Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and visitors, providing helpful assistance and routing questions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain calendars by arranging meetings and appointments, confirming details, and helping prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Accurately record and update customer data, office information, and scheduling records in internal systems and files.
• Provide broad administrative support to help office operations run efficiently and ensure communication is handled promptly.
• Oversee front-desk activity, respond to routine requests, and support daily reception coverage as needed.
• Create, organize, and maintain documents, tracking logs, and other administrative materials used by the office.
• Assist internal teams with appointment follow-up and coordination so deadlines and planned activities stay on track.
• Support administrative needs tied to project-related work within a construction environment, helping keep office workflows organized.
Qualifications:
• Experience providing administrative support in an office setting.• Ability to handle inbound calls and interact professionally with visitors and internal staff.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and record maintenance.
• Experience scheduling, booking, and confirming appointments.
• Comfortable performing receptionist and front-desk responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Background working in the construction industry or familiarity with construction-related office environments.
Compensation
