Office Manager

Compensation: $28 Hourly

We are looking a part-time Office Manager to support daily operations at an onsite workplace in Plymouth, Meeting, Pennsylvania. This part-time opportunity is a Long-term Contract position offering a steady schedule during the middle of the week and a hands-on role in keeping the office organized, efficient, and welcoming. The position will contribute across administrative coordination, workplace support, vendor communication, and onboarding activities while helping maintain smooth day-to-day business operations. You would work 24 hours a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee routine office activities to ensure the workplace remains organized, functional, and prepared for daily business needs.

• Manage inventory levels for workplace materials and arrange timely purchasing of office supplies to prevent disruptions.

• Coordinate travel-related logistics and assist with scheduling or administrative arrangements as needed.

• Serve as a point of contact for external service providers and track vendor-related requests or follow-up items.

• Submit and monitor facility service requests to address maintenance needs and support a safe, efficient office environment.

• Provide onboarding assistance for new team members by helping prepare materials, workspace needs, and administrative documentation.

• Support front desk and reception coverage by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming office presence.

• Assist with basic accounts payable tasks, including organizing invoices and supporting internal processing requirements.


Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in office administration, office management, or a similar support role.
• Prior experience handling supply ordering, vendor coordination, and general administrative office functions.
• Familiarity with reception support and maintaining a detail-oriented in-office experience for guests and employees.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable support and administrative record handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for communication, scheduling, and document preparation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fully onsite environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a dependable, service-oriented approach to office support.

Compensation

$28.00-$28.00 Hourly
