ERP/CRM Developer
Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine technical solutions within the PeopleSoft Financials environment to support business and operational needs.
• Partner with analysts, internal technology teams, and external stakeholders to turn functional needs into effective system enhancements.
• Contribute to major application initiatives such as platform updates, new deployments, and ongoing enhancement work across financial modules.
• Investigate production issues, resolve application defects, and help ensure stable day-to-day system performance.
• Support testing activities, configuration updates, and validation efforts for new features and system changes.
• Improve workflows and business processes by identifying opportunities to streamline system functionality and user experience.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, configuration records, and support materials for end users and project teams.
• Provide development and support across PeopleSoft Financials modules including areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Projects, Grants, Contracts, Asset Management, Travel and Expense, and related financial operations.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience developing and supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, preferably in version 9.2 environments.• Strong technical knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and BI Publisher.
• Background working with multiple PeopleSoft Financials modules in enterprise-level environments.
• Ability to interpret business requirement documents and translate them into practical technical designs and solutions.
• Experience with production support, application upgrades, implementations, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with configuration management practices and structured system change processes.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and functional stakeholders.
• Experience with client-side scripting and related development practices is beneficial.
Compensation
