Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, provide front-desk support, and ensure a positive experience for callers and guests.
• Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages in a timely manner.
• Perform a range of administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, document preparation, and general office coordination.
• Enter, update, and maintain information in company records with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Support day-to-day office operations by organizing paperwork, tracking routine tasks, and assisting team members as needed.
• Monitor administrative workflows and help keep internal processes running efficiently across the office.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist position.• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
• Proficiency with general administrative procedures, document handling, and recordkeeping.
• Dependable organizational skills and the ability to follow through on assigned responsibilities.
Compensation
