Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
• Build and strengthen relationships with hospitality customers by serving as a dependable point of contact for sales and service needs.
• Prepare pricing proposals, enter customer orders, and monitor active opportunities to help move business through the sales cycle.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through thoughtful product recommendations, promotional outreach, and upselling efforts.
• Partner with vendors, warehouse staff, and operations teams to help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Communicate updates on order progress, product availability, and customer requests to maintain a smooth client experience.
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly and work toward practical solutions that support long-term satisfaction.
• Keep customer information, pricing details, and sales activity current and accurate within company systems.
• Provide sales and administrative support to field representatives and leadership as needed to support day-to-day account activity.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or account coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and maintain close attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling quotes, order entry, follow-up activity, and account support in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to recognize sales opportunities and contribute to account growth through proactive customer engagement.
• Experience supporting revenue goals through inside sales, retail buying, or related commercial activities.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and tracking sales-related information across business systems.
• Experience with Quickbooks is required
