Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients, guests, and internal visitors in a courteous manner while ensuring a positive onsite experience.
• Organize executive calendars by arranging meetings, confirming schedules, and helping leaders stay aligned on priorities.
• Prepare, review, and submit monthly expense reports using Concur with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle domestic and international travel planning, including itineraries, reservations, and related logistics.
• Oversee conference room bookings and support meeting setup to ensure spaces are ready for internal and external attendees.
• Contribute to office coordination efforts and provide administrative assistance for special projects and day-to-day operations.
• Deliver flexible administrative support as business needs arise, responding quickly to changing requests and priorities.
Qualifications:
• 4-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or comparable administrative support role.• Demonstrated background supporting senior leadership in a business environment that requires strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Concur, expense reporting tools, and general administrative systems.
• Experience coordinating detailed travel plans, including complex domestic and international arrangements.
• Self-directed, dependable, and collaborative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
Compensation
