Compensation: $90 to $110 Yearly

We are looking for a detail-oriented finance specialist to help guide planning, reporting, and performance analysis for our team. This on-site role will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while turning financial and operational data into clear business insights. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with leadership in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
• Build and refine detailed financial models that support the annual budget, recurring forecasts, and longer-term strategic planning efforts.
• Review financial performance against established plans, investigate key variances, and summarize conclusions for business leaders.
• Develop recurring monthly reporting materials that give leadership and operational teams a clear view of results and trends.
• Partner with department leaders to connect financial targets with operating priorities and execution plans.
• Analyze information from accounting and operational sources to identify meaningful performance indicators and answer business questions.
• Conduct special analyses that inform decision-making, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
• Create presentation materials for executive discussions, business reviews, and other planning or analytical meetings, translating data into a clear narrative.
• Assist with required organizational reports, business plans, survey responses, and other external deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows and increase efficiency through process enhancement and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong expertise in Excel, including advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ability to present financial information clearly through PowerPoint with effective data visualization and executive-ready messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and sound analytical judgment.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
• Experience in the sports and entertainment industry is preferred.

Compensation

$90,000.00-$110,000.00 Yearly
