Program / Project Manager

• Review contract scope of work and partner with executive leadership to support project kickoff and planning
• Interpret program requirements and application criteria, translating details into clear guidance for applicants
• Coordinate and support program rollout, including application timelines, communications, and deliverables
• Plan and manage webinars for applicants and stakeholders, including scheduling, speaker coordination, and content alignment
• Serve as a point of contact for applicant inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance on eligibility and process
• Conduct research and analysis on program requirements and related initiatives; develop reports, fact sheets, and supporting materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute outreach materials, including brochures and applicant communications
• Maintain ongoing communication with key partners, including CMS and state agencies
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with contract requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong project management experience required, with ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders
• Experience with program coordination, administrative support, and cross-functional communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex requirements
• Comfortable managing communications with external partners and applicants
• Preferred experience with grant management, government contracts, or state-funded programs
