Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative located in Austin, TX who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, orders, and account information

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy

• Document customer interactions and update records accurately in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Process orders, returns, and service requests as needed

• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with each interaction

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience required

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems

• High school diploma or equivalent required
