Network Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to oversee and evaluate our client's enterprise IT infrastructure. This role involves managing critical components such as networking systems, cybersecurity protocols, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), endpoint security measures, and ensuring preparedness for legal discovery. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of these areas and will be responsible for implementing best practices, maintaining system integrity, and proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities to safeguard our organization’s data and network resources.

Responsibilities:

- Manage enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)

- Support VDI (Citrix, VMware, Azure Virtual Desktop)

- Perform cybersecurity assessments and remediation

- Manage endpoint security (AV/EDR, encryption)

- Conduct IT system mapping and risk assessments

- Support eDiscovery and legal data preservation

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- 3–7+ years of experience in network/system administration

- Certifications: CCNA (required/preferred), CCNP, Security+

- Experience with Azure/AWS cloud platforms

- Knowledge of cybersecurity, IAM, SIEM, and vulnerability management

- Experience with enterprise firewalls and hybrid environments

Skills:

- Networking, routing, switching

- Cybersecurity and compliance (NIST, ISO 27001)

- Automation (PowerShell, Python)

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
