Litigation Associate Attorney

Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Participate in discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, document review, and depositions
• Assist with case strategy, fact investigation, and trial preparation
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances (as appropriate based on experience)
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and opposing counsel to advance case objectives
• Maintain strong client communication and provide timely updates on case progress

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in Minnesota
• 2+ years of litigation experience (law firm experience preferred)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery and motion practice
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

$120,000.00-$160,000.00 Yearly
