Paralegal
A large company is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its in-house legal department.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and memoranda
- E-filing
- Prepare subpoenas, records requests, and government inquiries
- Assist with discovery and document production
- Assist with depositions, hearings, trial prep, and trial support
- Draft redlines, tables of contents/authorities, cite checks, and proofreading
- Manage calendars and track deadlines
- Schedule depositions and hearings
