Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming front-desk experience for guests and staff.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed.
• Operate a switchboard environment with multiple active lines while maintaining efficiency and a courteous approach.
• Perform a range of administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and general office coordination.
• Handle inbound phone traffic promptly and courteously, resolving routine requests or forwarding matters appropriately.
• Maintain organized reception and common office areas to support a clean and well-organized workplace.
• Assist internal teams with day-to-day clerical needs and provide dependable administrative support as priorities shift.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system or switchboard with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, customer-focused demeanor.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience performing clerical duties such as filing, document handling, and general office support.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a contract position.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning office procedures and internal systems.
Compensation
