General Office Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations for a payroll services environment in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a wide range of clerical tasks with accuracy. The right candidate will help keep records current, manage document flow, and provide dependable assistance in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
• Process, scan, and index paper and electronic documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
• Organize files and supporting materials so information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently
• Enter data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy while reviewing entries for completeness
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for back-office operations and general clerical activities
• Maintain orderly filing systems by sorting, labeling, and storing documents according to established procedures
• Assist with errands and other office-related tasks that help teams stay productive and on schedule
• Review documents for errors or missing information and follow up to ensure records are properly updated
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of clerical or general office experience• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately
• Proven skills in scanning, filing, document organization, and data entry
• Reliable work habits with a consistent and detail-focused approach to daily responsibilities
• Access to a personal vehicle for running work-related errands as needed
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while staying organized
• Comfortable working in a support role within a busy office environment
Compensation
