Sr. Reprographics Associate

We are looking for an experienced Senior Reprographics Associate to join our team in New York, New York. This contract position requires a highly skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining hands-on reprographics expertise with administrative support duties. The ideal candidate will lead by example, utilizing their knowledge and initiative to ensure smooth daily operations and provide senior-level support without formal managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Handle high-volume print and reprographics production tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot issues related to file setups and printing workflows.
• Manage complex and escalated print requests, serving as a knowledgeable point of escalation.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and researching data to support reprographics operations.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to stabilize daily operations and improve workflow efficiency.
• Act as a senior resource by demonstrating confidence, maturity, and proactive problem-solving.
• Provide indirect support to national operations through reliability and technical competence.
• Apply an administrator mindset to enhance operator-level responsibilities and outcomes.
• Ensure all reprographics production adheres to strict turnaround times and quality standards.
• Lead by example to foster a collaborative and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in reprographics workflows, including printers and production processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure while maintaining file accuracy.
• Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to act as a senior resource, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and managing complex print requests.
• Competence in coordinating daily operations and stabilizing workflows.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to support both local and national operations.
• Attention to detail and confidence to lead by expertise rather than authority.

Compensation

$20.00-$21.00 Hourly
