This is an exciting opportunity to join the Academic division in a Marketing role focused on Higher Education demand generation. The position plays a key role in driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through targeted digital campaigns, primarily email, contributing directly to business growth.

Opportunity – the ‘what’
Day-to-day responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing and supporting digital marketing campaigns and related activities, including:
- Executing marketing campaigns across digital channels (primarily email) to achieve campaign goals
- Building, proofreading, QA testing, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns based on campaign owner plans
- Ensuring campaigns follow best practices and are delivered on time and to specification
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with campaign owners throughout execution
- Delivering a consistent stream of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and opportunities through campaigns
- Supporting CRM and Sales reporting, ensuring accurate and timely product and customer data
- Updating product data for web platforms
- Creating sales enablement tools for Higher Ed Sales teams
- Managing subscriber data in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring compliance with opt-outs and removing duplicates

This role directly contributes to lead generation and revenue growth by delivering high-quality marketing campaigns. It ensures data accuracy, supports sales teams with tools and insights, and strengthens collaboration across global marketing functions. The Campaign Executive plays a key role in maintaining efficient marketing operations and achieving campaign performance targets.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Experience in building and executing email marketing campaigns
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, or other ESPs/CRM platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
Desirable Criteria
- Basic knowledge of publishing and/or online marketing
- Proficiency in HTML
- Experience with tools such as Photoshop
