OVERVIEW:
Working as a Full-Time Digital Experience Coordinator, you will support the execution and continuous improvement of Fastenal's customer-facing digital experiences across our platforms. This role contributes to how customers move through and engage with Fastenal's digital platforms and experiences by helping ensure those experiences are accurate, intuitive, and aligned with business and customer needs.
In addition to hands-on execution, this role builds foundational skills in cross-functional collaboration, structured problem identification, testing, and data-informed decision-making. The coordinator works alongside a variety of adjacent teams to help translate experience-related needs and observed issues into actionable improvements that enhance usability, engagement, and overall effectiveness across Fastenal's digital ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Supporting enhancements to customer-facing digital experiences that improve usability, engagement, and effectiveness across Fastenal's digital ecosystem
o Identifying, documenting, and helping resolve issues impacting digital experience accuracy, usability, or effectiveness by collaborating with appropriate cross-functional teams
o Assisting in implementing and maintaining experience-related enhancements, ensuring changes align with defined intent and expected outcomes
o Using analytics and performance data to monitor experience effectiveness and surface insights that inform prioritization and improvement opportunities
o Supporting testing and validation of digital updates or enhancements to confirm expected behaviors and outcomes are met
o Contributing to post-launch reviews by helping assess performance and identify follow-up opportunities for continuous improvement
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess or are working toward a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Business Analytics, or a related field OR have experience supporting digital platforms, tools, or customer-facing experiences
o Demonstrated ability to identify issues or gaps, organize information, and document findings in a clear, structured manner
o Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and perspectives
o Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives
o Customer-focused mindset, with an interest in understanding how digital interactions impact usability and effectiveness
o Ability to learn quickly and perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience supporting customer-facing digital platforms, workflows, or business systems in a B2B environment
o Exposure to testing, validation, analytics review, or post-launch assessment of digital changes or enhancements

FULL-TIME BENEFITS:
Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees. This package includes Health, Life, Long Term Disability, and Dental Insurance, in addition to, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and 401(k) with an employer contribution.
COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
