| Job Summary | Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and student-centered leader to serve as the Associate Director for Education, Operations, and Risk Reduction. This highly impactful role is ideal for a professional who is energized by building innovative learning experiences, strengthening community standards, and shaping a thriving fraternity and sorority community where students can lead, grow, and succeed. The Associate Director will drive the development of educational initiatives, operational systems, and risk reduction strategies that elevate student learning, organizational effectiveness, and campus partnership across the university. Working closely with students, advisors, campus colleagues, and Dean of Students leadership, this position offers the opportunity to influence campus culture, lead meaningful initiatives, and make a visible difference in the student experience. Candidates who are passionate about leadership development, accountability, collaboration, risk management, operations and processes, and creating high-impact opportunities for students will find this to be an exciting chance to help shape the future of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success. |
