Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability.

HDI is seeking to fill a Disability Program Administrator Associate position. This position is funded through a contract within Kentucky DBHDID Division Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DDID) and will work with the Supports Community Living (SCL) waiver program.

This Disability Program Administrator Associate position will work as the Provider Development and Quality Supervisor. The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Provides supervision and direction to staff supporting provider development, including certification, training, and technical assistance
  • Oversees provider certification and orientation systems, including documentation review and continuous process improvement
  • Leads quality improvement efforts through data analysis, trend evaluation, and collaboration with leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate in the development and delivery of professional development opportunities for providers and staff.

This position is a remote position and is open to candidates living throughout the state of Kentucky.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with strong supervisory, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities services, training, technical assistance, and process improvement. Demonstrates the ability to lead staff, deliver training, build collaborative relationships, and support efforts to improve service quality and provider performance.
