Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Greet event attendees courteously and create a positive first impression during arrival and registration.
• Complete attendee check-in by searching participant records on an iPad and issuing printed name badges accurately.
• Support large volumes of guests efficiently during peak registration periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Respond to attendee questions with clear, courteous, and timely information throughout the event.
• Participate in on-site orientation at the registration area to learn event procedures before guest check-in begins.
• Enter and verify attendee information carefully to help ensure accurate registration records.
• Provide general front-line customer support and escalate issues appropriately when additional assistance is needed.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service, guest support, or event-facing roles.• Comfortable using an iPad to search records, select entries, and complete registration tasks.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and approachable manner.
• Ability to remain organized and effective in a busy, high-volume environment.
• High level of accuracy when handling data entry and attendee information.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow event instructions closely.
Compensation
