Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide clear, courteous assistance for questions, concerns, and service needs.
• Enter customer orders and update account details accurately within company systems.
• Manage both inbound and outbound phone communication to support follow-up, issue resolution, and service coordination.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by addressing requests promptly and maintaining a detail-oriented approach throughout each interaction.
• Document conversations, order activity, and service updates thoroughly to maintain accurate records.
• Work with internal teams to escalate complex issues and help drive timely solutions for customers.
• Use CRM tools, including Salesforce when applicable, to track customer interactions and support case management.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.• Strong ability to handle inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate data records.
• Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-up and customer support purposes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is preferred.
Compensation
