HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Guide employees and managers on workplace policies, procedures, and routine employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate the onboarding experience for new employees, including documentation, orientation support, and timely completion of employment records.
• Administer HR processes related to employee files, status changes, and general personnel administration to ensure accurate and organized records.
• Support benefits-related activities by assisting with enrollments, employee questions, and ongoing coordination with benefit programs.
• Maintain and update information in HRIS platforms to help ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and reliable employee records.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address HR-related inquiries and provide day-to-day operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with policy communication and procedural follow-through to promote compliance with company expectations and employment practices.
Qualifications:
• Experience working in a generalist HR capacity with exposure to employee relations and core HR administration.• Working knowledge of onboarding practices, employee documentation, and day-to-day human resources coordination.
• Familiarity with benefits support, including responding to employee questions and assisting with enrollment activities.
• Hands-on experience using HRIS systems to manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Organized approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
• Understanding of standard HR policies, procedures, and compliance-focused administrative practices.
