Bookkeeper
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with client finance teams to identify issues and streamline processes
Provide support for budget preparation and financial reporting
Maintain compliance with GAAP standards and client-specific procedures
Work across a variety of environments — from small businesses to large corporate teams
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably across multiple industries
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of general accounting principles and payroll practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A positive, adaptable attitude and passion for learning
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Willingness to work onsite as needed based on client assignments
